Notes - Terms - Cancellation Policy

All orders are final at the time of receipt of credit card and personal information from the client by secure server electronic order or by FAX order form.

Purchase orders or checks are not accepted for ordering. Credit card payment and prepaid bank transfer directly to our USA Bank Of America Account are the only forms of payment accepted.

Checkout and payment is also possible by Google Checkout. If you desire this method, send an email and we will send you an Electronic Google Invoice for your payment. Be sure to specify the product desired and your shipping address and how fast you want to receive the product so we may include shipping costs in the Google Invoice.

Cancellation and change requests shall be in writing by the client and are not approved or valid until acknowledged in writing by Michael Arthur Johnson Company back to the client. Cancellations requests will be considered up to 48 hours prior to shipment.

Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a cancellation service charge.

Clients credit card will be charged at time of shipment.

All shipments are sent via Federal Express from California USA. If you have a FED EX shipping account number enter it in the comments section on the order form and we will charge your card the actual shipping charges and you will receive your company discount.

Shipments by UPS, DHL, POST are not possible. Federal Express is our ONLY method of shipment. Will call pickups are not accepted.

Collect shipments are not accepted by any method.

Returns are subject to restocking charges normally US$50.00 but may be higher depending on damage and condition of returned items. This simply covers our costs. There is no intent to make a profit if you have a desire to return a product.

Returns must be approved prior to shipping returned items back to Michael Arthur Johnson Company.

Client is not authorized to return any materials until return authorization agreement is finalized.

All return shipping charges are to be paid by the client unless other arrangements are discussed and agreed in writing.

Defective materials will be replaced or repaired at Michael Arthur Johnson Company's discretion. Shipping charges on return or replacement of defective materials to be paid by Michael Arthur Johnson Company.
