How do TQM and 6 Sigma programs relate to the Red Bead Experiment?
We believe that TQM and 6 Sigma programs have many similarities. However, 6 Sigma programs in many ways are more directly related to the teachings of Dr. W. Edwards Deming and utilize many of his principles in their fundamentals. Some have said that 6 Sigma is Deming on steroids, tongue in cheek.
